  • 225 g of penne
  • 1/2 lbs of Italian sausage (without the sausage casing)
  • 2 garlic glove
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 1 orange pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 small jar of dry sun of tomato in oil (drain and reserve the oil)
  • 1 can of evaporated milk (ex. Carnation)
  • 1 tbsp of Italian spice
  • 1 tbsp of cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup of 35% cream
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese


  • Cook the pasta in the pasta maker
  • Heat the sauté pan whit 1 tbsp of the reserve sun dry tomato oil
  • Cook the sausage
  • At the same time, chop the onion, orange and yellow pepper and garlic whit the power chef.
  • Whit the chop n’ prep, chop the sun dry tomato.
  • Reserve the cook sausage.
  • Add 1 tbsp of sun dry tomato oil in the sauté pan
  • Add the vegetable and the sun dry tomato and stir fry for 3 minute
  • Whit the Quick Shaker, mix the cream and the evaporated milk. Add to the vegetable.
  • Mix the water and the cornstarch together and add to the sauce. Stir.
  • Let thicken. In a ultrapro ovenware, put the pasta, the sausage and the sauce. Sparke whit cheese. Cook for 15 minutes in the oven at 400˚
