Smoked salmon spread

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 70 gr of smoked salmon
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 green onion
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in the power chef except for the lemon.
  • Whit the Zest n’ press, zest half of the lemon and press the juice. Add it to the power chef.
  • Chop until you get a mousse texture. If the texture is too thick add more lemon juice.
  • Serve on cracker or cucumber.
