Spinach fillet sole

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs of fillet sole
  • 1/2 cup of 35% cream
  • 1/3 cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 bag of fresh spinach
  • 2 garlic glove
  • 1 onion

Instructions

  • Whit the power chef, chop the spinach.
  • Put the spinach in the 1.5 L of the Tupper wave stack cooker and cook for 2 minutes whit the cover.
  • Cut the onion and garlic in the power chef.
  • Mix the parmesan cheese, the cream, the onion, garlic and the cook spinach in a boll
  • Put 1 layer of sole fillet in the 1.75l. Spread 1/3 of the spinach over the fish. On top put 1 layer of fish whit the spinach over it. Continue until all the fish is in the tupperwave.
  • Put white rice in the 3l whit water.
  • Cook for 20 minutes whit cover.
