Whit the power chef, chop the spinach.
Put the spinach in the 1.5 L of the Tupper wave stack cooker and cook for 2 minutes whit the cover.
Cut the onion and garlic in the power chef.
Mix the parmesan cheese, the cream, the onion, garlic and the cook spinach in a boll
Put 1 layer of sole fillet in the 1.75l. Spread 1/3 of the spinach over the fish. On top put 1 layer of fish whit the spinach over it. Continue until all the fish is in the tupperwave.
Put white rice in the 3l whit water.
Cook for 20 minutes whit cover.
