Tilapia Fillet with Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 tilapia fillet
  • ¼ cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

  • In the season-serve container, mix the Italian breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese
  • Whit the zest n’ press, zest half of the lemon
  • Press the lemon
  • Mix the lemon juice, the zest and the mayonnaise in a snack cup
  • Coat the fish whit the lemon mayonnaise
  • Put the fish in the season-serve container and shake genteelly
  • Cook in the Breakfast Maker for 2:30 minute at 80%
