Beef and broccoli sautéed

Ingredients

  • 500 g of sirloin steak cut in strip
  • 1/4 cup of soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp of corn starch
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp of fresh ginger
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 3 carrot cut in slice
  • 1 broccoli
  • 300 ml of water
  • 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp of sugar

Instructions

  • Put the sirloin steak in a bowl
  • Chop the garlic and the ginger whit the prep n’ chop
  • Whit the shaker, mix the chop garlic and ginger, the soya sauce and 1 tbsp. of corn starch.
  • Pour the sauce on top of the steak
  • In the sauté pan, heat 1 tbsp. of oil and cook the steak for 2 minutes. Reserve
  • Add the rest of the oil and sauté the onion
  • Add the rest of the vegetable and 250 ml of water cover and cook of 4 minutes.
  • In the shaker, add the rest of the water, the oyster sauce, and sugar and corn starch
  • Pour in the sauté pan and cook until the sauce is smooth
  • Reheat the steak in the sauce before serving
  • Serve whit white rice
