Put the sirloin steak in a bowl
Chop the garlic and the ginger whit the prep n’ chop
Whit the shaker, mix the chop garlic and ginger, the soya sauce and 1 tbsp. of corn starch.
Pour the sauce on top of the steak
In the sauté pan, heat 1 tbsp. of oil and cook the steak for 2 minutes. Reserve
Add the rest of the oil and sauté the onion
Add the rest of the vegetable and 250 ml of water cover and cook of 4 minutes.
In the shaker, add the rest of the water, the oyster sauce, and sugar and corn starch
Pour in the sauté pan and cook until the sauce is smooth
Reheat the steak in the sauce before serving
Serve whit white rice
