Quinoa chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of quinoa
  • 1 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 lbs of chicken breast cut in cube
  • 1 tbsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of salt and pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 small carrot cut in bevel
  • 2 garlic glove
  • 2 zucchini cut in cube
  • 1 broccolis
  • 2 red pepper
  • 2 cup of cherry tomato cut in 2
  • 1/2 cup of Italian parsley
  • 1/2 cup of coriander
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • In the base of the smart multi-cooker put the quinoa and the chicken broth.
  • Spice the chicken whit the paprika, salt and black pepper. Place in the shielded colander of the multi-cooker.
  • Whit the power chef, chop the onion. Add it over the chicken.
  • Add the slice carrot over the chicken.
  • In the shallow colander, add the zucchini, red pepper and broccolis
  • Stage cook for 15 minutes at high and rest for 5 minutes before open.
  • Whit the power chef, chop the coriander and parsley.
  • Use the Zest n’ press to press the lemon in the power chef over the herbs.
  • Mix the quinoa, chicken, vegetable, herbs and the tomato.
  • Ajouter les tomates cerises au mélange et l’huile d’olive. Servir.
