Shrimp and spinach risotto

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Arborio rice
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • 20 medium raw shrimp
  • 2 cup of mushroom cut in slice
  • 1 cup of fresh parsley
  • 1 garlic glove
  • 1 French shallot
  • 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup of cream
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Paprika
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions

  • In the base of the smart multi-cooker put the Arborio rice whit the chicken broth.
  • Place in the shielded colander of the multi-cooker the mushroom.
  • Whit the power chef, chop the spinach. Add it over the mushroom.
  • In the shallow colander, add the shrimps
  • Stage cook for 15 minutes at high and rest for 5 minutes before open.
  • Whit the power chef, chop the French shallot, garlic and the parsley. Mix whit the rice.
  • Mix all the ingredients whit the rice.
  • Whit the zest n’ press, press the lemon and add it to the rice and mix.
