Lentil soup

Ingredients

  • 1 big yellow onion
  • 2 garlic glove
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup lentil
  • 1/4 cup of chicken Bovril
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 can of tomato paste small can
  • 1 can whole tomato San Marzano
  • 1 tbsp of chipotle
  • coriander
  • 2 celery branch
  • 1/4 cup of basmati rice or barley

Instructions

  • Whit the power chef, cut the onion, garlic, carrot and celery. Put them in the micro wave pressure cooker. Add oil and cook for 5 minutes whit the cover.
  • In the power chef, chop the San Marzano tomato. Add the tomato paste, the chicken Bovril and the chipotle. Mix.
  • Mix the tomato, the lentil and the rice in the pressure cooker.
  • Fill whit water until the first edge. (Pass the maximum line)
  • Cook for 25 minutes.
  • Before serving, sprinkle whit fresh coriander.
