Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Put the tomatoes, garlic and pine nuts in the Chop and Prep Chef and chop until fairly smooth consistency.
  • Add remaining ingredients and chop again.
