Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

Ingredients

cup
sun-dried tomatoes in oil
2
cloves of garlic
1
tbsp
pine nuts
2
tbsp
Parmesan cheese
freshly grated
¼
cup
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Put the tomatoes, garlic and pine nuts in the Chop and Prep Chef and chop until fairly smooth consistency.
Add remaining ingredients and chop again.
