Orzo pasta and chicken soup

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken of 3 LBS (1.3 kg)
  • 4 cup of water
  • 2 garlic glove
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery branch
  • 1 cup of orzo pasta
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Put the chicken (breast up) in the pressure cooker whit 3 cup of water. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Whit the power chef, cut the onion, carrot, garlic and celery.
  • When the chicken is cook (make sure the the heat inside the chicken is 165F/75C) take the chicken out of the pressure cooker.
  • Put the cup of water whit the vegetable and the orzo in the pressure cooker and cook for 10 minutes.
  • During this time, debone the chicken (throw away the skin) and cut it into strip.
  • Whit the zest N’ press, press the lemon.
