Basil and Sun-dried Tomato Brie

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic clove
  • 15 leafs of fresh basil
  • 20 pieces of sun-dried tomato in oil
  • 450 g of Brie
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the Brie into 4 and then slice off the skin (crust) off the top.
  • Put the Brie in the lid of an UltraPro with the crust on the bottom.
  • Put the garlic in the Power Chef and chop.
  • Add the Basil to the Power Chef and chop.
  • Add the Sun-Dried Tomatoes to the Power Chef and chop.
  • Place the mixture on top of the Brie.
  • Place in the Microwave about 2 minutes at 50% Power.
  • Serve with crackers or with small pieces of bread
