Ingredients

  • 1 lb bulk pork sausage
  • cup onion chopped
  • 3 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1 apple cored and chopped
  • ½ cup sweet and sour sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ tsp caraway seed

Instructions

  • To cook meat, crumble sausage into the Colander; add onion. Place Colander over the 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole. Cook, covered, on high power 5–6 minutes or until no pink remains, stirring once. Remove Colander. Drain and wipe out Casserole. Stir in remaining ingredients. Stack and cook. Stir before serving.
  • May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 7–9 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Stir before serving.
