Ingredients

salmon fillet

extra virgin olive oil

ginger
minced

white wine
Instructions
Brush salmon with olive oil and top with ginger and salt. Place in 1¾-Qt/1.75 L Casserole and add white wine. Stack and cook.
May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 7–9 minutes.
