Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ¼ cup chili power
  • 1 can refried beans (16oz)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 oz container avocado dip (175g)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Tortillas or corn chips

Instructions

  • In inverted Cover, combine beef and onion. Cook on high power 5–8 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Stir in chili powder and refried beans. Cook on high power 4–6 minutes or until heated through.
  • Top with shredded cheese. Cook on high power 1–2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Dollop with sour cream and avocado dip over cheese. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
