Preheat oven to 375° F/190° C .
Combine chocolate and butter in 2-cup/500 mL Micro Pitcher. Microwave on high power for 30 seconds at a time, stirring each time, until melted.
In the Whip 'N Mix Chef, add melted chocolate, sugar and salt, cover and mix on gear II until combined.
Add vanilla extract and eggs and mix on gear II until fully incorporated.
Using 30 ml/2 tbsp at a time, add cocoa powder and mix on gear II until combined.
Pour batter into the Silicone Rectangular Form and bake for 22–25 min.
Allow to cool completely before unmolding.
Optional: Sift powdered sugar on top before serving.
