Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed vegetables frozen
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- In Cover, mix frozen vegetables with water. Stack and cook. In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients to create dressing. At the end of cooking time, pour dressing over veggies and mix to coat.
- May be cooked separately, uncovered, on 70% power 4 minutes.
