Preheat oven to 450°F.
Put potatoes in base of 2.1-Qt UltraPro casserole. Cover and microwave for 10 minutes* at full power (1000W).
While cooking, put parsley in Chop ‘N Prep Chef and chop (or chop finely by hand).
Open can of soup and pour into Quick Shake container. Add milk, chopped parsley, and shake until combined (or whisk together in a bowl).
Remove potatoes from microwave and check to see if they are cooked. If not, return to microwave for 1 – 2 minutes.
Remove lid, pour Quick Shake mixture over the potatoes and stir until combined. Cover with grated cheese and put in oven, cover off, for approximately 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
