- Breakfast Maker
- 1 cup veggies of you choice
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- salt and pepper
- meat and/or cheese optional
- Place veggies in Chop ‘N Prep Chef and finely chop.
- In a bowl, beat eggs with milk. Add veggies and mix.
- Pour into the base of the Breakfast Maker. Sprinkle with grated meat and/or cheese.
- Cover and microwave for 3 – 4 minutes* at 70% power (1000W).
