French Toast for One

  • Breakfast Maker


  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 large eggs
  • cup 2% low fat milk
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon-vanilla seasoning blend
  • tsp salt
  • maple sirop, cranberries or raisins optional


  • Cut bread into 4 pieces and each of those pieces into 4 to form cubes. Place bread cubes in base of Breakfast Maker.
  • Place eggs, milk, and salt in the Power Chef or Quick Chef Pro fitted with paddle attachment. Combine well and pour contents over bread cubes. Let rest 5 minutes to allow bread to soak up egg mixture. Sprinkle cinnamon -vanilla blend.
  • Cover and microwave 3 – 4 minutes* at 70% (1000W) or until there is no uncooked egg remaining.
  • Serve with maple syrup or desired toppings.
