Fish with Cream and Vegetables
Equipment
- Stack Cooker
Ingredients
- 1 lb wihte fish unfrozen
- 3 carrots peeles and cut in 1″ chunks
- 1 onion peeled and quartered
- 1 clove garlic peeled
- ½ cup cream (or milk)
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place rice and water in Stack Cooker 3-Qt./3L Casserole.
- Place fish in the Stack Cooker 1¾-Qt./1.75L Casserole.
- Put carrot chunks, onion, garlic and parsley in Power Chef or Quick Chef Pro and chop.
- Place veggie mixture over fish, season with salt and pepper. Pour cream on top of veggie/fish mixture.
- Stack and cook in microwave for 10 minutes* (1000W). Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
You can replace the white fish by salmon.
