Fish with Cream and Vegetables

Equipment

  • Stack Cooker

Ingredients

  • 1 lb wihte fish unfrozen
  • 3 carrots peeles and cut in 1″ chunks
  • 1 onion peeled and quartered
  • 1 clove garlic peeled
  • ½ cup cream (or milk)
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place rice and water in Stack Cooker 3-Qt./3L Casserole.
  • Place fish in the Stack Cooker 1¾-Qt./1.75L Casserole.
  • Put carrot chunks, onion, garlic and parsley in Power Chef or Quick Chef Pro and chop.
  • Place veggie mixture over fish, season with salt and pepper. Pour cream on top of veggie/fish mixture.
  • Stack and cook in microwave for 10 minutes* (1000W). Let stand for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can replace the white fish by salmon.
