Fish with Cream and Vegetables

Ingredients

wihte fish
unfrozen

carrots
peeles and cut in 1" chunks

onion
peeled and quartered

clove garlic
peeled

cream (or milk)

fresh parsley
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Place rice and water in Stack Cooker 3-Qt./3L Casserole.
Place fish in the Stack Cooker 1¾-Qt./1.75L Casserole.
Put carrot chunks, onion, garlic and parsley in Power Chef or Quick Chef Pro and chop.
Place veggie mixture over fish, season with salt and pepper. Pour cream on top of veggie/fish mixture.
Stack and cook in microwave for 10 minutes* (1000W). Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
You can replace the white fish by salmon.
