Cut bread into 4 pieces and each of those pieces into 4 to form cubes. Place bread cubes in base of Breakfast Maker.
Place eggs, milk, and salt in the Power Chef or Quick Chef Pro fitted with paddle attachment. Combine well and pour contents over bread cubes. Let rest 5 minutes to allow bread to soak up egg mixture. Sprinkle cinnamon -vanilla blend.
Cover and microwave 3 - 4 minutes* at 70% (1000W) or until there is no uncooked egg remaining.
Serve with maple syrup or desired toppings.
