  • 6-8 yellow potatoes cut-up into bite size pieces
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley Only leaves without stems
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Put potatoes in base of 2.1-Qt UltraPro casserole. Cover and microwave for 10 minutes* at full power (1000W).
  • While cooking, put parsley in Chop ‘N Prep Chef and chop (or chop finely by hand).
  • Open can of soup and pour into Quick Shake container. Add milk, chopped parsley, and shake until combined (or whisk together in a bowl).
  • Remove potatoes from microwave and check to see if they are cooked. If not, return to microwave for 1 – 2 minutes.
  • Remove lid, pour Quick Shake mixture over the potatoes and stir until combined. Cover with grated cheese and put in oven, cover off, for approximately 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
