Cut the lemon in slice and place them in the shielded colander (make sure not to cover all holes). Place the salmon over the lemon slices. Sparkle with salt and black pepper.
Put the salmon over the lemon slice. Sparkle whit salt and black pepper.
Add the rest of the lemon slices over the salmon and place the rosemary on top.
Put the green bean in the small colander.
Add water to cover the bottom an put in the microwaver for 12-16 minutes at high. A little resting time will be sufficient to complete the cooking. Fish shouldn't be overcooked.
Whit the Zest N’Press, press the half lemon over the salmon and serve.
