Pasta with Italian meatballs

  • 2 cup of pasta 11 min and more of cooking
  • 1 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 lbs of lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 cup of fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup of Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp of Italian spice
  • 1 egg
  • 8 Italian tomato Romanella or San Marzano style or 2 cup of cherry tomato
  • 1 garlic glove
  • 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
  • 1 French shallot
  • 1 cup of fresh basil


  • In the base of the smart multi-cooker put the pasta and the water. Add 1 tsp of salt.
  • Chop the parsley whit the power chef.
  • Mix the parsley whit the lean ground beef, the salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, egg, Italian spice and 2 tbsp. of parmesan cheese.
  • Shape the meatball in ¾ inch and put them in the shielded colander.
  • In the shallow colander place the tomato.
  • Stack cook for 15 minutes and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Chop the garlic, the French shallot and the basil in the power chef.
  • Peel the skin of the tomato and chop them in the power chef.
  • Mix all the ingredients whit the pasta and the meatballs.
  • Sprinkle whit parmesan cheese before serving.
