Philippine chicken pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 cup of pasta 11 min and more of cooking
  • 1 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 lbs of chicken cut in cube
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 cup of fresh parsley
  • 1 red or orange pepper
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 cup of pineapple
  • 8 fresh Italian tomato or 2 cup of cherry tomato
  • 2 garlic glove
  • 1 tbsp of fresh mints
  • 1/4 + 1/4 cup of chickpea

Instructions

  • Place pasta and water in the base of the smart multi-cooker whit 1 tsp of salt
  • Cut in cube the pineapple and the red pepper.
  • In the shallow colander, put the pineapple and red pepper.
  • Place the chicken in the shielded colander
  • Sparkle the chicken whit the paprika, salt and black pepper
  • Staked and cook for 15 minute at high. When cook let sit of 5 minute.
  • Chop the garlic, ¼ cup of chickpea, mint, parsley and tomato whit the power chef. Add to pasta
  • Mix the pasta, the chicken and the pineapple. Sparkle whit ¼ cup of chickpea non cut.
