Pork tenderloin whit rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of basmati rice
  • 1 3/4 cup of water
  • 1 pork tenderloin cut in slice
  • 2 carrots cut in 2 cm slice
  • 1 cup of French beans
  • 1 orange pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic glove
  • Italian spice
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup of chives
  • 1/2 apple
  • 2 tbsp of cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup of tomato cherry cut in half

Instructions

  • In the base of the smart multi-cooker, put the rice whit the water and 1 TSP of salt.
  • In the shallow colander put the French beans and the orange pepper.
  • Use the season serve to season the pork. Put the pork, the Italian spice, salt and pepper and shake.
  • With the Power chef, chop the onion and garlic. Place them in the shielded colander.
  • Put the pork and the carrot over the onion.
  • Cook for 15 minutes and let sit 5 minutes
  • With the Power chef, chop the apple, Italian parsley and chive.
  • Add the oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper.
  • Mix all the ingredient before serving.
