Sautéed chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lbs of chicken cut in cube
- 2 zucchini cut in slice
- 2 red pepper cut in slice
- 2 garlic clove
- 2.5 cm of ginger
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
sauce
- 3 tbsp of lemon juice
- 3 tbsp of honey
- 3 tbsp of soya sauce
- 1 tbsp of water
- 2 tsp of the garlic and ginger
- 10 ml of corn starch
Instructions
- In the chop n’ prep, chop the garlic and ginger
- Whit the shaker, mix all the sauce ingredients
- In the sauté pan, heat 1 tbsp. of oil, sauté the chop garlic, ginger and the chicken. Cook for 5 minutes or until meat is not pink. Reserve
- Add the vegetable and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add the chicken and the sauce. Cook until sauce is smooth.
