  • Chef Series II Casserole Pan


  • 1 kg beef sirloin tip
  • 1 tsp big salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 5 garlic glove
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 celery branch
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 3 cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup red wine
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 2 tsp Italian spice
  • 455 g rigatoni pasta
  • ½ cup parsley


  • Season the beef whit salt and black pepper.
  • Heat the oil in the Casserole Pan Serie Chef II.
  • Cook the beef until it is roasted. Reserve.
  • With the Power chef, chop the onion, garlic, celery and carrot.
  • Cook in the casserole pan for 10 minutes.
  • Add the beef broth and the sirloin beef and cook for 30 minutes whit the cover. You will then cut the beef into thin strips.
  • Add the marinara sauce, the spice, bay leaf and the red wine whit the meat in the casserole pan. Cook whit the cover for 1 hrs or until the beef is tender.
  • Cook the pasta in the pasta maker.
  • Chop the parsley in the power chef.
  • Before serving, add the pasta and the parsley to the casserole pan and mix well.
  • Serve the beef stips on the pasta.
