Stracotto
- 1 kg beef sirloin tip
- 1 tsp big salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- olive oil
- 1 onion
- 5 garlic glove
- 4 carrots
- 2 celery branch
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3 cup marinara sauce
- ½ cup red wine
- 2 bay leaf
- 2 tsp Italian spice
- 455 g rigatoni pasta
- ½ cup parsley
Season the beef whit salt and black pepper.
Heat the oil in the Casserole Pan Serie Chef II.
Cook the beef until it is roasted. Reserve.
With the Power chef, chop the onion, garlic, celery and carrot.
Cook in the casserole pan for 10 minutes.
Add the beef broth and the sirloin beef and cook for 30 minutes whit the cover. You will then cut the beef into thin strips.
Add the marinara sauce, the spice, bay leaf and the red wine whit the meat in the casserole pan. Cook whit the cover for 1 hrs or until the beef is tender.
Cook the pasta in the pasta maker.
Chop the parsley in the power chef.
Before serving, add the pasta and the parsley to the casserole pan and mix well.
Serve the beef stips on the pasta.
