Apple and Cheddar Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 peeled apple, cut in quarters
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon-vanilla mix
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup

Instructions

  • Tear the slices of bread into pieces and place them in the Breakfast maker.
  • Put the apple in the Chop’n’Prep and pull a few times.
  • Add the egg and the milk and continue to mix.
  • Pour the mix over the bread.
  • Make sure the bread is well soaked in the mixture, using the spatula.
  • Add the cheese and the salt over the mix.
  • Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon-vanilla on the top.
  • Put in the microwave at 70% for 3 minutes.
  • Pour maple syrup over as desired.
