Apple and Cheddar Bread Pudding
Apple and Cheddar Bread Pudding
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 peeled apple, cut in quarters
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon-vanilla mix
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
Tear the slices of bread into pieces and place them in the Breakfast maker.
Put the apple in the Chop’n’Prep and pull a few times.
Add the egg and the milk and continue to mix.
Pour the mix over the bread.
Make sure the bread is well soaked in the mixture, using the spatula.
Add the cheese and the salt over the mix.
Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon-vanilla on the top.
Put in the microwave at 70% for 3 minutes.
Pour maple syrup over as desired.
