Ingredients

  • 1 can apricots or peaches (8oz)
  • 250 g cream cheese (8oz)
  • 1 cup icing Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Corn Meal or fine couscous

Instructions

  • Drain the can of fruit using the Quick Chef Pro Colander
  • In the Power Chef, mix the cream cheese, the icing sugar, the eggs and the Corn meal until you have a thick mixture.
  • Spread the mixture in the lid of the Tupperwave 1,75L.
  • Cut the fruit into slices (if necessary) with a Tupperware knife and place on the mixture.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • For an individual preparation, put in the microwave and cook on high for 8 minutes.
  • For a stack cook, cook on high for 25 minutes. Leave it 5 minutes before serving.
  • If desired you can add make a crust with Graham Crumbs and butter – for it to be more like a tart
