Heat the butter and the oil.
Salt and pepper the chicken breasts.
In the sauté pan, brown the chicken each side for about 5 – 6 minutes, until it is cooked. Set aside.
Chop the garlic in the Power Chef.
Add the onion and pepper.
Add them to the Sauté Pan and cook until translucent.
Put the apricots in the Power Chef and chop them. Add them to the sauté pan.
Press the lemon, using the zest n' press, into the sauté pan
Add the saffron, the chicken broth and the honey.
Leave it to simmer until the sauce thickens.
Cut the chicken and place it on the rice. Add the sauce.
