BBQ Chicken and Veggies

  • 1 whole Chicken 3 to4 lbs
  • BBQ Spices
  • 2 cup of carrots
  • 2 cup of potatoes
  • 1/2 cup of onion
  • olive oil
  • salt and peppers


  • Put the chicken in the colander and place it over the 1.75L Tupperwave.
  • Generously cover the chicken with the BBQ spices. Put the cover in place – ears open
  • Cup the veggies into large pieces.
  • Place the veggies in the 3L Tupperwave, with the olive oil and salt and pepper.
  • Put the chicken dish on top of the veggies in stack position.
  • Cook for 25 minutes in the microwave at 100% power or longer if necessary.
