BBQ Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger (1 inch)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 8 Chicken thighs
- 3 green onions
- salt and peppers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Grate the ginger with the zester from the zest n’ press.
- Combine the chicken broth, the BBQ sauce, ginger and mustard in the Power Chef. Mix well.
- Put the chicken thighs in an UltraPro pan. Salt and Pepper and pour on the sauce.
- Put the UltraPro in the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions. Serve with rice.
