Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
Melt the butter in the Micro-Pitcher.
Put the sugar and eggs into the Power chef and mix them well.
Add the coconut and the flour.
Add the milk, the nutmeg, and the vanilla and mix well.
Incorporate the melted butter.
Use the spatula to transfer the mixture from the Power Chef to the buttered UltraPro at 5 cm (2 ins ) deep.
Cook for 50 to 60 minutes in the center of the oven, no cover, just until the coconut is gently browned and golden.
Let it cool. Add the Maple Syrup to taste, when it is served.
