- 1/4 cup fresh Italian Parsley
- 4 green onions
- 2 sticks of celery
- 1 red pepper
- 1 pkt crab flavoured pollock 450 g
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 4-5 drops of Sriracha sauce
- salt and pepper
- Chop the Parsley, green onions and celery in the Power Chef.
- Add the pepper and chop it.
- Add the pollock and continue to chop.
- Press the lemon whit the zest n’ press
- Incorporate the mayonnaise, the lemon juice and the Sriracha sauce.
- Salt and pepper.
- Serve with crackers or as small sandwiches.
