Salmon in Meaux Mustard
Ingredients
- 1 Salmon Fillet
- 2 cup of 35% cream
- 1/2 cup of Meaux mustard
Instructions
- Put the salmon fillet in the cover of the large ultrapro
- Combine the cream and the mustard in the Power Chef, using the beater.
- Whip until it has the consistency of whipped cream.
- Pour the mixture over the Salmon.
- Cook in the oven at 400F for about 30 minutes.
