Veal with Meaux Mustard
Ingredients
- 250 g green beans
- 8 baby potatoes
- 4 lb of roasting beef (veal) cut in cubes
Marinade
- 1/4 cup Meaux mustard
- 1/4 cup of cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of apple sauce
- 2 cup of beef broth
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients for the marinade in the Power Chef with the beater.
- Place the meat in the Pressure Cooker. Salt and pepper the meat.
- Add the sauce.
- Add the vegetables
- Cook for 30 minutes.
- Wait 10 minutes or until all the presure is gone from the pressure cooker.
