Veal with Meaux Mustard

  • 250 g green beans
  • 8 baby potatoes
  • 4 lb of roasting beef (veal) cut in cubes


  • 1/4 cup Meaux mustard
  • 1/4 cup of cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of apple sauce
  • 2 cup of beef broth


  • Place all the ingredients for the marinade in the Power Chef with the beater.
  • Place the meat in the Pressure Cooker. Salt and pepper the meat.
  • Add the sauce.
  • Add the vegetables
  • Cook for 30 minutes.
  • Wait 10 minutes or until all the presure is gone from the pressure cooker.
