Zucchini Sauce

Zucchini Sauce

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 large yellow onions
  • 10 small zucchinis
  • 1 cup 35% cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken bovril
  • salt and pepper


  • Heat the oil in the Sauté pan.
  • Chop the garlic in the Chop’n’Prep
  • Chop the onion in the Quick Chef Pro or the power chef.
  • Caramelise the onion and garlic in the Sauté Pan
  • Chop the zucchinis in the Quick Chef Pro or the power chef.
  • Add the chopped zucchinis to the Pan.
  • Incorporate the Italian Seasoning and the Chicken Bovril to the Pan. Mix well.
  • Cover and let simmer until everything is soft.
  • Deglaze the base with the cream.
  • Simmer 1 – 2 minutes and mix well.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Prepare Pasta in Pasta Cooker and serve the salmon on the pasta.
