  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  • Using the chop n’ prep grind whole almonds (do not grind completely).
  • Mix in a bowl the ground almonds, brown sugar and flour.
  • Whip 3 eggs with the power chef. Add and mix the white sugar and vanilla to eggs.
  • Fold in the dry ingredients to eggs.
  • Lightly butter the Tupperware cook-it or the small Ultra-Pro. Put the mixture in microwave oven about 4 minutes on Hi.
  • Remove, let cool and then cut slices about 3/4 inch thick, then put the pieces in the lid of the ultra pro lasagna dish and bake at 475 F for 3 minutes per side.
  • Cool slightly before serving.
