- ½ cucumber diced
- 2 tomatoes diced
- 2-3 celery stalks
- ½ green pepper diced
- ½ container of feta cheese diced
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- Peel the cucumber.
- Cut the cucumber and tomatoes into dices.
- Set aside in a bowl.
- Cut the pepper and celery into chunks and put in the Quick-Chef or the power chef.
- Add the remaining ingredients in the Quick-Chef or the power chef.
- Mix well.
- Add the tomatoes and cucumbers in the bowl, stir and serve.
