Parmesan Rice
- 1¼ cup long grain rice
- ½ cup parmesan grated
- 1 lemon
- 2 cup chicken broth
- 1 green onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Chop the green onion.
Use the Zest N’ Press to press the lemon juice.
Place all the ingredients into the Stack Cooker 3L container.
If cooking rice on its own, place in microwave at power level 80% for 22 minutes.
If cooking as a stack with other recipes, cook at power level 80% for 25 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes.
