  • Stack Cooker


  • cup long grain rice
  • ½ cup parmesan grated
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Chop the green onion.
  • Use the Zest N’ Press to press the lemon juice.
  • Place all the ingredients into the Stack Cooker 3L container.
  • If cooking rice on its own, place in microwave at power level 80% for 22 minutes.
  • If cooking as a stack with other recipes, cook at power level 80% for 25 minutes.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes.
