- ½ cucumber peeled and chopped
- 2 tomatoes cut into quarters
- 2 stalks celery chopped in large pieces
- ½ green pepper seeded
- 1 cup feta cheese cut into chunks
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ lime juice
- ¼ cup tomato pesto see recipe
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bag corn chips
- Place all vegetables and feta in Quick Chef Pro or the Power chef and chop. Add remaining ingredients and chop until desired consistency.
- Serve with the corn chips.
