  • 2 zucchini
  • ¼ cup of Italian bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Slice the zucchini lengthwise (about 3 slices per zucchini) and place in the breakfast Maker.
  • Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
  • Cook at 70% for 2 minutes with the cover on and then 1 minute at 80% without the cover.
