Instructions
Slice the zucchini lengthwise (about 3 slices per zucchini) and place in the breakfast Maker.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
Cook at 70% for 2 minutes with the cover on and then 1 minute at 80% without the cover.
