Feta Salsa

Course Appetizer

Ingredients

  • ½ cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 2 tomatoes cut into quarters
  • 2 stalks celery chopped in large pieces
  • ½ green pepper seeded
  • 1 cup feta cheese cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ lime juice
  • ¼ cup tomato pesto see recipe
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bag corn chips

Instructions

  • Place all vegetables and feta in Quick Chef Pro or the Power chef and chop. Add remaining ingredients and chop until desired consistency.
  • Serve with the corn chips.
