Fill the water reservoir of the smart steamer.
Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
Put the potatoes in the bottom section of the SmartSteamer.
Cook for 10 minutes on high with the cover in place.
Put the filets of Salmon in the top section of the SmartSteamer.
After the 10 minutes add the top section with the salmon and cook for another 6 minutes
When they are both cooked put them in the Quick Chef Pro or the Power chef and chop.
Use the zest n’ press to press the lemons.
Add the Parsley, the egg, salt, pepper, flour and a little lemon zest.
Mix everything together.
Take a small portion of the mixture and make a cake, and place it on the silicone mat.
Repeat this process until all the cakes are made.
Brush each cake with a little oil.
Cook it in the oven for 15 minutes at 375 F.
