Mango and Pineapple Salsa

Course Appetizer


  • ½ red onion
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ green pepper
  • ¼ cup coriander leaves
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 mango peeled and pitted
  • 1 can pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 bag corn chips
  • 1 tbsp chipotle seasoning


  • Add the onion, peppers, jalapeno pepper and coriander in the Quick-Chef or the Power Chef and chop.
  • Add the remaining ingredients (mango, Chipotle seasoning, pineapple) in the Quick-Chief or the Power Chef.
  • Press the lime whit the Zest N' Press. Add to mix.
  • Chop until the mango and pineapple have reached the desired consistency.
  • Serve with corn chips.
