  • 2 tbsp maple sirup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2-3 dash spicy sauce
  • ½ tsp kosher salt seperated in two
  • 4 tsp cornstarch seperated
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp Southwestern Chipotle Seasoning Mix
  • 3 lb chicken wings divisées


  • In TupperWave® Stack Cooker® 3Qt./3 L Dish, mix together maple syrup, mustard, spicy sauce, ¼ tsp. salt and 2 tsp. cornstarch. In 1 ¾-qt./ 1.75 L Dish, mix together honey, orange juice, Southwest Chipotle seasoning, remaining salt and cornstarch. Stack the dishes, cover and put in the microwave on high power for 2 minutes.
  • Take out of the microwave. Divide the chicken evenly between the two dishes; toss with the sauce to coat well.
  • Cover and microwave on high power for 18 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the chicken reads 160 ° F / 70 ° C. Take out of the microwave, let stand 10 minutes before serving, the sauce will thicken as it cools.


Garnish with finely chopped green onions and put the sauce on the side for soaking.
