Ingredients
- 1¾ cups chicken stock 2
- 2 chicken breasts cut into cubes
- 2 cups quick-cooking rice
- 1 tsp oregano
- 5-6 olives chopped
- ½ tsp Adobo with pepper seasoning
- ¼ tsp ground annatto or praprika
- 1 tbsp sofrito
Instructions
- In 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole, add all ingredients and stir. Stack and cook.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 10 minutes.
